Bauchi State Police yet to track Alleged Kidnappers of the Twelve Year Old Jamila Ahmad

The Bauchi State police command says it is yet to track or establish contact with the alleged kidnappers of the twelve (12) year old girl in Bauchi about two weeks after the incident.
Speaking with newsmen, the Commands Public Relations Officer, ASP Muhammad Barau claimed that the abductors had not yet made any phone call demanding a ransom or any reward.
ASP Barau however assured that intensive investigation was still on to apprehend the suspects.
Meanwhile parents, relatives and school mates of the kidnapped girl have resorted to seeking Gods intervention to secure her release.
Last week the management and students of the ATBU international school held a special prayer session for the quick and safe release of the girl.
The twelve year old girl Jamila Ahmad was abducted on the first of this month at gunpoint from her mother while taking her to school in the morning.
She is a daughter to the former Registrar General of the Corporate Affairs Commission, Mr Ahmed Al-Mustapha.
